These terms and conditions only apply to web site sales.
RETURN POLICY:
We are pleased to offer a no-quibble cancellation and returns policy. Subject to the conditions below, you must advise us by email of your intention to return goods, and we will agree the method and cost of return to avoid any misunderstanding. Please let us know the reason for your return; this will help us improve our products for the future. Don't forget to include a copy of the packing note or just your name, address and order number to enable us to identify the package and refund you promptly.
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the parcel to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). Returning a throw without it being carefully folded as originally supplied is not acceptable.
If we have made an error and supplied you with the wrong goods or faulty goods, we will arrange for the collection and return of same at my own expense. Otherwise, except in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion, we do not arrange for collection and delivery back of returns, which is your own responsibility and at your own risk.
Under no circumstances will we refund the cost of any additional services or costs, such as next day delivery, signed for, enhanced compensation or insurance, or refund of import duties or taxes.
Custom-made items may not be returned.
